放送する楽曲について
私たちは日本を拠点とする、インディペンデントアーティストの支援を目的とした非営利音楽ラジオです。
私たちは非営利であり、独立して活動するアーティストと共にあるラジオを目指しています。
そのためこのラジオで放送する楽曲/ラジオで放送するミックスに含まれる楽曲の全ては、以下の条件のうちいずれかを満たした楽曲です。
- 音楽出版社との契約がなく、楽曲をサブミットしたアーティスト自身が楽曲の権利を保有している楽曲。
- 楽曲をサブミットした人物が楽曲の作曲家や権利者と直接連絡が取れ、楽曲の使用許諾を確認できる楽曲。
- 再使用や再配布の許可をアーティスト自身が表明している楽曲。(クリエイティブコモンズなど)
この取り決めは音楽出版社や大手レーベルのようなバックアップがなく宣伝の機会がないアーティストの権利を守るためであると同時に、私たちが独立性を保ちつつラジオを運営するために不可欠なことです。
もしあなたがレーベルオーナーやアーティストであり、当ラジオで楽曲を流したいと考えた場合、投稿する楽曲が以上の条件を楽曲が満たしているかご確認ください。またDJの方はミックスに使用する楽曲が全て上記の条件を満たすことをご確認ください。
楽曲が音楽出版社を通していないかの一つの指標として、日本の場合こちらのサイト( リンク : JWID検索 -https://www2.jasrac.or.jp/eJwid/ ) からも確認できます。
(このサイトに登録されている楽曲は原則的に当ラジオで放送することはありません。アーティスト本人の許諾があっても、例えサブミットしたご本人様のリリースであっても、日本の音楽出版社を仲介している場合は原則使用不可だそうですのでこのラジオでは放送できません。申し訳ありません。)
私たちはインディペンデントな活動に焦点を当てることを目的としてこのラジオを作り、私たち自身もいかなる企業の後ろ盾もありません。ご理解の上応援いただければ幸いです。

About Support
We aim to be a non-profit radio station that stands together with independent artists.
If you share our vision, we would appreciate your donation for operating funds and to further develop this radio.

About Submit
We are a non-profit music radio station based in Japan dedicated to supporting independent artists.
Our goal is to create a platform that stands with those who chose to work on their own, or have no chance but to.
All tracks played in our program and/or mixes must meet the following criteria:
- Tracks not tied to a contract with a music publisher, and for which the artists themselves hold the rights and have submited to us.
- Tracks which the submitter can directly contact the composer(s) and/or rights holder(s) and obtain permission for use.
- Tracks the artists themselves have publicly allowed reuse and redistribution (such as works under Creative Commons license).
These conditions are absolutely essential in order to stay independent ourselves while respecting the rights of artists who may not have the opportunity to advertise their work through major music distributors and labels.
One way to check if a song is not through a Japanese music publisher is to use this website (link: JWID search - https://www2.jasrac.or.jp/eJwid/) in Japan.
(Tracks registered on this website won't necessarily be broadcasted. In cases where a Japanese music distributor is involved, even if the artists have given permission or the submitter themself is the author of that release, our policy is to not broadcast. We hope you understand.)
In Japan it's common to see music promoted by large scale commercial distributors, but we believe there is not enough structural support for musicians operating independently.
We have created this station with no backing from any company ourselves to shine a spotlight on independently created art. We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding.
